Bitten
Bitten is a 60-minute strength and conditioning workout. Each day’s focus will be different, allowing you to target all of your major muscle groups for the perfect full-body experience. This powerful combination is designed to leave a mark.
Best for those with access to gym equipment, including a treadmill, dumbbells, and kettlebells.

Scenario #1
You have a gym membership, so now what? You walk in and find a lot of equipment but don’t really know what to use. With the Apple Bottom App in hand, you can walk into the gym with a purpose. Knowing what equipment to use, in what order, and on what day, you will be guided through how to warm up, stretch, and train properly. Through the app, you will have access to written and video demonstrations. With your membership, you will also have access to my coaching videos.
Scenario #2
You have been going to the gym but aren’t really seeing results. Though you may be going to the gym, you may not be doing the right movements in the right sequence. Your muscles need to be trained in the right way to promote growth. The Apple Bottom program will take you through a proven training schedule day by day.
Scenario #3
You love going to classes offered at your gym but are lost on the weight room floor. When you aren’t familiar with lifting, the weight room can look and feel intimidating. The Apple Bottom App is designed to not only give you a program to use, but also provides instructions on what to use and how. My coaching videos will also teach you how to look like a pro when setting up machines, choosing weights, and gym etiquette.
